IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT REMINDERS

DO NOT BE LATE. This will assure your team has enough time to register and settle in. Please be reminded that tardiness in the competition has corresponding penalties.

BRING YOUR IDs. This is to ensure your entrance to the venue. No ID No Entry.

On top of the performing members only 5 reserves will be allowed with the team at the holding area together with 4 Team Officials (Coach, Asst. Coach, etc.) provided they are in the NCC Roster List. Not in the list, No Entry. (Present ID upon entering)

If your team has not performed, you may watch the performers before you on the Cheerleaders Area. Please do not loiter around the Venue  to avoid making it difficult to gather the team together. ** If the team before you is performing you have to be at the holding area near the Performance Entrance ready to go.

The 3 Complimentary tickets for your Administrative Personnel will be given at the Service Entrance of the Performers.

There is no Run Through, just a sound check, so make sure your team comes warmed up.

Bring enough copies of your CD for safety and labelled properly.

SCHOOL CHEER SQUADS are REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING to enter the COMPETITION:
bullet CLEAR Photocopy of Official School ID of each participant
bullet Official School Registration Form - ORIGINAL
bullet CLEAR Photocopy of Certification of enrollment and/or certification of Leave of Absence.
bullet Soft copy of your Team Logo in JPEG format.
bullet Completed forms:
            NCC Roster Form
            NCC Individual Registration Forms
            NCC Individual Waiver and Release FormsThe forms #5-7

The Eligibility to qualify are:
All high school and collegiate participants must be official students of the school team they are representing and must meet all of their eligibility requirements. High School

I. Officially enrolled at the time of the competition.
II. Only all girl schools are allowed to use spotters and lifters from other schools provided they are officially enrolled in high school and from a non-competing school. [1]
III. Should be in good standing. College
bullet Officially enrolled at the time of the competition in a non-audit course towards an Undergraduate degree. Masters degree students are allowed upon submission of necessary documents and supporting letter from the dean. ii.
bullet Cross enrollees are only allowed to represent the school they are cross enrolling from. Pertinent documents should be submitted. iii.
bullet Participants are eligible, if upon submission of documents, are still officially enrolled.
IV. Should be in good standing. v.
V. Participants who are on a leave of absence are eligible to compete if they've been on leave only for one school year (max) provided they submit supporting documents.

Teams must submit all required forms on the specified deadline.

Substitutions may be made on a team only in the event of an injury or academic probation; all substitutions must meet the eligibility requirements stated above. The necessary documents must be submitted together with the team's eligibility forms and must be made known to NCC Officials.

Performers with any medical conditions should be cleared to perform from a certified doctor/physician.

Note: The NCC is not liable for any undeclared medical conditions.
